How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order in our Sharjah workshop and delivered in 10–12 working days. Delivery and assembly are free across the UAE.

Can I change the size, fabric or colour?

Yes. Most designs can be made in another size, fabric or finish. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we confirm the price before production.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Once production starts, a made-to-order piece can’t be returned for a change of mind.

What if it arrives damaged?

Tell us within 72 hours with photos or a video, and we repair, replace or remake it free.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Desqo piece has a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use.
