Because most Desqo products are made to order, exchanges are generally not available.
Exchanges may only be approved if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The item contains a confirmed manufacturing defect
• The delivered product does not match the confirmed order specifications
All exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
As most Desqo products are custom-made and manufactured specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are generally not available once production has begun.
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Preference changes after delivery
• Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish
If a genuine manufacturing issue is identified, Desqo will repair, replace, or remake the product where appropriate.
All custom orders are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer.
Order Cancellation:
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, production may begin and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Custom-made products are non-refundable once production has started.
Please review all dimensions, finishes, materials, and customization requests carefully before confirming your order.
Any damage, defect, or specification issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

• Photos or videos of the issue
• Brief description
If inspection confirms:
• Manufacturing defect
• Transit damage
• Incorrect specifications
Desqo will repair, replace, alter, or remake the affected product at no additional cost.

Standard Coverage:

Extended Coverage:
• Extend to 5 Years by submitting a genuine video review within 30 days of delivery.

Slight variations in colour, texture, dimensions (up to 1–2 cm), and natural material characteristics are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and enhance the uniqueness of each piece.
