At Desqo, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free experience, while addressing any specific circumstances that may arise.What is the shipping policy ?
At Desqo, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email, notifying you that our fulfillment team has successfully received your order. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from order to delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
At Desqo, we assist our clients with every step of the process for international shipments. However, our listed prices do not include shipping outside of the UAE. To receive a shipping quote, please contact our team and provide details about the items you're interested in. The final shipping cost will be determined based on the size, weight, and value of the goods being shipped.
Can I exchange an item?
At Desqo, we generally do not offer exchanges. However, please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange, unless they are faulty or do not match their description. 1. Products that have been opened, assembled, or are in good condition at the time of delivery. 2. Products returned more than 24 hours after delivery. 3. Products that are not in their original condition. 4. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original state. 5. Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if within the warranty period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines to ensure a smooth process.
Can I return an item?
At Desqo, your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to deliver every item with care and precision. Please note that once an order is placed, production begins immediately, and we are unable to offer refunds. After your order has been delivered, installed, and accepted by the receiving person, the item becomes non-refundable. Items cannot be returned due to personal preference if the product is delivered in perfect condition. In case of any genuine issues, we are here to help: (1) If there is any serious manufacturing issue, we will gladly exchange the item for you. (2) If any major damage occurs from our side, we will provide a replacement item at no extra cost. (3) For custom-made products, a 1–2 cm size variation may occur, which is normal in handmade items. (4) Refunds are not available in any case. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request you to review the product details carefully and measure your space before placing an order. Please make sure to inspect all items at the time of delivery before the team leaves to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Custom Orders
🚫 Non-Refundable: Custom-made items are crafted to your specifications and cannot be refunded• Please double-check all details before confirming your order 2. Order Cancellation• Cancel within 24 hours of placing your custom order, a store credit refund minus production fees applies.• 4. After 24 hours of placing your custom order, the order enters production and non-refundable. 5. Damaged Custom Orders:• If your custom item arrives damaged, we will remake and replace it free of charge, with expedited delivery. 6. Size Issues on Custom Orders: If a genuine size or measurement issue is found (i.e., the item does not match the confirmed dimensions or agreed specification), Desqo will fix, alter, or remake the item at no extra cost, depending on the severity of the issue. We will assess the issue after inspection. Please report any damage, defect, or size discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery and keep photos and packaging where possible to help with inspection.
What if the item is defective or Damaged?
At Desqo, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture. Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, and all claims are subject to inspection and approval. Please note that natural materials, including wood, marble, travertine, and concrete terrazzo, have unique variations and imperfections, which are not considered defects. As foreign wood adjusts to our climate, it may shift in size or develop cracks, which is a natural process and not a defect. These characteristics serve as a beautiful reminder of the organic nature of these materials. If a genuine defect is found after inspection, Desqo will repair or fix the issue to ensure the product meets our quality standards. Returns or refunds will not apply in such cases.
Product Warranty & Care Policy
1-Year Structural Warranty: At Desqo, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our furniture. Every product comes with a 1-year structural warranty covering issues related to the internal build such as wood damage, frame problems, or wood joints opening. If any structural issue arises within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. 2. Surface Scratches, Polish & General Wear: Surface-level issues such as light scratches, polish fading, or finish wear fall under normal daily use and are not covered under warranty, as they are not manufacturing defects. Using the furniture roughly, dragging items on top, cleaning with wet cloths, harsh chemicals, or not following the recommended care routine may cause the polish or finish to fade or scratch. Such user-caused damage is not the seller’s responsibility. We strongly advise customers to follow our Care & Maintenance Guide for proper cleaning and upkeep. 3. Post-Delivery Surface Claims: All products are fully quality-checked before delivery. Once an item is received in good condition, any surface changes that appear over time—such as scratches, polish dullness, or finish wear are considered normal wear and tear. These marks depend entirely on how the product is used and maintained. If items are dragged across the surface, the furniture is handled roughly, or improper cleaning methods are used, the finish may naturally get affected. Customers are expected to take reasonable care of their furniture and avoid rough use to maintain its appearance. Please also note that indoor furniture must be used indoors and outdoor furniture must be used outdoors. Using any product in an environment it is not designed for can lead to moisture damage, fading, or surface issues, which are not covered under warranty.
Product Appearance
We would like to inform our valued customers that the product images displayed online may feature items crafted from natural wood or veneer. Please note that each product is individually handcrafted upon receiving an order, and as such, variations in wood grain and color are natural. While we make every effort to maintain consistency in quality and appearance, the unique characteristics of natural wood—including differences in grain patterns, texture, and color—may result in slight variations between the product you receive and the images shown online. Additionally, factors such as lighting conditions and screen settings may influence the perceived color of the product. We appreciate your understanding that these natural variations enhance the uniqueness and beauty of each piece of furniture.
