Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed within the United Arab Emirates. At Desqo, our goal is to provide a smooth, transparent and reliable delivery experience for every customer.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 10 to 12 business days from order confirmation.
As Desqo products are made to order, delivery timelines may depend on product type, customization details and delivery location. Our team will contact you if any additional confirmation is required before processing your order.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+4) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Free Delivery:
Orders of AED 1,000 or more qualify for free delivery within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Other UAE Areas:
For locations outside these city limits, including Al Ain, the Western Region, Liwa and similar areas, a nominal delivery fee may apply.
Orders Under AED 1,000:
A nominal delivery charge applies to all orders below AED 1,000, regardless of location.
Damaged Items During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately.
If the item was delivered while you were not present, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist you.
