Description

The Lyra keeps things low, long and calm. At 325cm it stretches out generously, with a divan end that works as an extra seat or a place to put your feet up, and a low contoured back that keeps the room feeling open rather than closed in. The cream bouclé is soft and textured, and underneath it the seats run on zig-zag rubber strips with high-density foam wrapped in cotton fibre, so it holds its shape instead of sagging. Built in sections that clip together, it suits open-plan rooms where the sofa floats in the middle rather than against a wall.

Materials & Specifications

bouclé upholstery in cream, soft and lightly textured
Solid wood and engineered wood internal frame
Zig-zag rubber suspension to keep the seat from sagging over time
Seat cushions: high-density foam core wrapped in cotton fibre
Back cushions: high-density foam wrapped in cotton fibre
Low contoured back with a deep, sink-in seat
Modular build — sections clip together and can be rearranged later

Product Care

Dust with a dry, lint-free cloth.
Vacuum weekly using a nozzle or upholstery attachment — bouclé holds dust in its loops.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth — never rub, as this can pull the loops.
Do not pull loose threads. Trim them level with scissors instead.
Avoid bleach, solvents, and abrasive cleaners.
Rotate and plump the cushions regularly so they wear evenly.
Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Warranty, Returns & Support

Every piece is checked before dispatch and comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use.

Before you order

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order in our Sharjah workshop and delivered in 10 to 12 working days. Delivery and assembly are free across the UAE.

Can I change the size, fabric or colour?

Yes. Most designs can be made in another size, fabric or finish. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we confirm the price before production.

Will it fit through my door?

Yes. Our delivery team carries it in on its side and assembles it in your room, so it goes through standard UAE doors and lifts. If your way in is unusual, like a spiral staircase, send us a photo on WhatsApp before you order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Once production starts, a made-to-order piece can’t be returned for a change of mind.

What if it arrives damaged?

Tell us within 72 hours with photos or a video, and we repair, replace or remake it free.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Desqo piece has a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, in 4 interest-free payments with Tabby.

Not sure about the size?

Free home visit in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. We measure your space and bring fabric samples, with no obligation to buy.

We were a bit unsure about the size at first but once it was delivered it looked perfect in the space. The finish is really nice and the table feels solid. Delivery team was also good. Very happy with it.

Didn’t want anything too flashy and this fit in perfectly with the rest of our furniture. Looks clean and modern in the space.
