We bring it in, assemble it in your room and fix floating TV units to the wall.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Each product page shows your estimated arrival dates. Chairs and stools arrive fully assembled.

Is delivery really free?

Yes. Delivery and assembly are free on every order, with no minimum, across the UAE. For remote areas such as Al Dhafra, Liwa or the islands, our team confirms delivery with you when you order.

Is assembly included?

Yes. Our team assembles it in your room. Chairs and stools arrive fully assembled.

When will you contact me about delivery?

Our support team contacts you before delivery to confirm the day and time.

Why 10–12 working days?

Every piece is made to order in our Sharjah workshop after you buy it. Working days are Monday to Friday.

Will it fit through my door or lift?

Compare the depth and height under Dimensions with your door, lift and corridor. If it looks tight, message us before ordering.

Do I need a building permit?

Some buildings ask for a delivery permit or a service-lift booking. If yours does, please arrange it before delivery day.

What if something is damaged?

Report it within 72 hours with photos or a video and we repair, replace or remake it free.
