Description

The Amira is built for a room that has to do everything. Five seats across 280cm, a quilted chenille finish that softens the lines, and a chaise on the left or right depending on your layout. The sliding pull-out mechanism opens it into a 125 × 210cm bed without any lifting or wrestling, and the chaise hides a storage chest for bedding. The seat is deliberately balanced rather than soft, with 40 kg/m³ high-resilience foam over rubber mesh suspension. Available in six colours, so it can be matched to a family living room or a majlis.

Product Care

Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment, working along the quilted seams where dust settles.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth — work from the outside of the mark inwards so it does not spread.
Do not soak the fabric; chenille takes a long time to dry and can water-mark.
Avoid bleach, solvents, and abrasive cleaners.
Clear the bed, and close the mechanism fully before sitting down.
Rotate and plump the cushions regularly so they wear evenly.
For deep cleaning, use a professional upholstery service.
Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Every piece is checked before dispatch and comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use.

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order in our Sharjah workshop and delivered in 10 to 12 working days. Delivery and assembly are free across the UAE.

Can I change the size, fabric or colour?

Yes. Most designs can be made in another size, fabric or finish. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we confirm the price before production.

Will it fit through my door?

Yes. Our delivery team carries it in on its side and assembles it in your room, so it goes through standard UAE doors and lifts. If your way in is unusual, like a spiral staircase, send us a photo on WhatsApp before you order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Once production starts, a made-to-order piece can’t be returned for a change of mind.

What if it arrives damaged?

Tell us within 72 hours with photos or a video, and we repair, replace or remake it free.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Every Desqo piece has a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use.
