10. Promo Code Abuse and Wardrobing Policy

At Desqo Furniture, we value fairness and transparency in the use of promotional offers. Promo abuse occurs when a customer creates multiple accounts or repeatedly uses one-time discount codes to gain undue advantages and recurring discounts. Desqo Furniture reserves the right to cancel or blacklist any accounts or orders suspected of engaging in this practice. In cases of promo code abuse, a 5% payment processing fee will be deducted on the first instance. For repeated abuse, Desqo Furniture retains the right to cancel any orders without issuing a refund. Please adhere to the rules of our promotional offers to avoid any penalties.

11. Wardrobing Policy

Wardrobing refers to the practice of ordering items in bulk with the intention of testing or selecting a few items and returning the rest. If Desqo Furniture suspects such behavior, we reserve the right to deny refunds for the entire order deemed as a wardrobing attempt.

To ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience, we encourage customers to respect our policies.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
